A construction method of a building using a flexible form is provided to construct various-shaped theme buildings using a flexible form, to have perfect waterproof, adiabatic, soundproof, fireproof and vibration-proof effects by using intermediate materials using urethane and a waterproof material, and to complete a building to have the prescribed strength by placing and curing mortar on the inside and the outside of a building. A construction method of a building using a flexible form(100) comprises the steps of constructing a frame structure in due consideration of the shape of a building, manufacturing a flexible form for forming the outward shape of a building to be constructed, and then fixing on the outside of the frame structure, forming an air curtain type form by installing a diaphragm to the frame structure and blowing compressed air in an inside space of a room formed by the flexible form and the diaphragm using a blower, keeping the inside space of the air curtain type form at the appointed pressure using the blower and constructing an intermediate material on the surface of the air curtain type form to keep the shape of the form and to give strength, and constructing a waterproof material on the outer surface and placing mortar on the inside and the outer surface of the air curtain type form where the intermediate material and the waterproof material are constructed, and then curing the surface.
