A method and a system for monitoring a failure of mobile network are provided to send a notification to an operator to be recognized by the operator so that the operator is able to concentrate to other tasks. A method of failure detection at a mobile radio communication network is as follows. A predetermined regulation about the malfunction generated in the mobile radio communication network is set up(110). In case a malfunction occurs in the mobile radio communication network, it is determined whether the generated malfunction as described above is satisfied the regulation set up as described above(120). According to the decision result, the generated malfunction as described above is notified to the operator of the mobile radio communication network(130).
