APPRATUS FOR CUTTING CHAMFER OF MEMORY CARDS

A chamfer processing apparatus of a memory card is provided to enhance cutting performance by forming a contacting state between an outside of an end mill and one side of a memory card. A memory card chamfer apparatus(10) includes a spindle(11) and an end mill(12). The spindle is rotated around an inclined axis which is inclined in a predetermined angle with respect to an axis perpendicular to the ground. The end mill is coupled with the spindle. The end mill is rotated around the same axis as the axis of the spindle. A lower end part of the end mill comes in contact with one side of a memory card(MC) of a strip(S) in order to perform a cutting process. A chamber of the memory card is completed by performing a cutting process.
