[Class 141] The shoulder straps and back tabs are of a width formed by joining portions of a tape, or of two tapes, in edge to edge relation, the join being interrupted to permit the tapes to be interlaced or the interchange of portions of one tape with another to provide a connection between the shoulder straps and tabs. As shown, continuous tapes a and b are crossed at f, looped at i to form be back tabs, and sewn edge to edge as indicated. The join may be.formed by crossing both tape sections that form the shoulder straps, or the outer tapes pass to the tabs without crossing, the join being made by bights in the inner tapes. |
