<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a learner to have continuous and pleasant language learning wherein existing pictures are utilized and troublesomeness is eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: A related word relevant to a specific target word is extracted from a thesaurus database 20, a related picture to which the related word is imparted is extracted from a picture database 30, and screen information of related pictures arranged around a target picture corresponding to the target word is displayed on a display 15 of a user terminal 10. When a learner inputs an answer, whether the answer is correct or not is displayed on the display 15 of the user terminal 10.
