PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper arm capable of securely preventing the elongation of a hook at the base end side of a coil of an arm spring to obtain normal arm pressure all the time during the lock-back of a retainer. SOLUTION: The wiper arm is provided with an arm head 21 having a base end 21a fixed to a pivot shaft 11 and a tip 21b with a support shaft 22 formed thereat; the retainer 25 having a base end 25a rotatably supported by the support shaft 22 and a tip 25b fitted with a wiper blade 30; and the arm spring 29 in which hooks 29c, 29d provided at both sides of the coil 29a are locked on a spring lock part 23 of the arm head 21 and a spring lock part 28 of the retainer 25 and which presses and energizes the tip 25b of the retainer 25 to the wiping face side. During the rotation of the retainer 25 with respect to the arm head 21, the base end 29b of the coil 29a of the arm spring 29 is made to abut on a regulation face 25B formed on the retainer 25.
