<p>A jet dispenser (10) includes a fluid chamber body (21 ) that includes a fluid chamber (32). A nozzle assembly (20) is removably coupled to the fluid chamber body (21 ). The nozzle assembly (20) includes a hub (22) and an insert (24). The hub (22) cooperates with the fluid chamber body (21 ) to form a portion of the fluid chamber (32). A valve member (26) is movably disposed within the fluid chamber (32). The insert (24) is positioned at least partially within the hub (22). The insert (24) includes a valve seat (36) a discharge passage (76), and an exit orifice (74) at a distal end of the discharge passage (76). The valve seat (36) is harder than the hub (22). The valve member (26) selectively contacts the valve seat (36) to dispense droplets of viscous material from the exit orifice (74).</p>
