An antenna apparatus for a portable TV receiver is provided to solve a problem of space for component by making one antenna module for receiving a broadcasting at VHF and UHF. An antenna device(100) is composed of UHF antenna of whip shape and VHF antenna of helical coil. The UHF antenna is joined with an internal of VHF antenna and is inserted into a portable receiver. A contact terminal(112) connected to a connection unit is equipped at inside UHF antenna, and an insulation part(113) for insulation with the VHF antenna is equipped at the outside of the VHF antenna.
