The information biologically active matrix consists of a container with one biological component, with observation of the following parameters: wavelength ?=682 nm, pulse duration ?p=250 ns, pulse recurrence frequency f=80 Hz, radiation power of one photodiode Prad=2.6 mW, radiation exposure of 15 s. The device has a source of optical radiation, made from photodiodes in form of a matrix, with possibility of illuminating the information biologically active matrix.
