FIELD: veterinary. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary. Method of obtaining medication lies in biological raw material homogenisation, its further water extraction and separation of supernatant by centrifuging. As biological raw material tissues of thymus, spleen and mesenterial lymph nodes of pigs are used. Then in separate glass vessels homogenate of thymus tissue is diluted with 0.85% sodium chloride solution with ratio 1:10, spleen tissue homogenate is diluted with 0.85% sodium chloride solution with ratio 1:5, and homogenate of lymph node tissue is diluted with 0.85% sodium chloride solution with ratio 1:10. Extraction is carried out during 24 hours at temperature 4C and pH value 7.0. Centrifuging is carried out during 10 minutes at 1500g and temperature 1.5C. Obtained supernatants are mixed together with ratio 1:1:1, poured into 100 ml vessels and lyophilised. Medication represents mixture of lyophilically dried extracts of thymus, spleen and mesenterial lymph nodes of pig, obtained in accordance with claimed method. Method of treatment of piglets lies in peroral introduction to animals of 25-30 ml of medication, dissolved in 1.5% solution of sodium chloride. ^ EFFECT: group of inventions has high efficiency in diarrhea treatment. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
