SURGICAL DIAPHRAGMATIC FORCEPS

The invention relates to medical instruments and can be used in surgery of the true diaphragmatic hernia in the children. A surgical diaphragmatic forceps has the jaws with the longitudinal groove located at an angle of 60° relative to the branches and flexed spherically in the sagittal plane in direction opposite to the branches. The forceps follows the shape of the physiological curvature of the diaphragm allowing for the revision of the hernial sac with the aim of preventing the complications and for simplification of the surgery procedure.
