A retaining wall block structure is provided to facilitate the construction by making connection and support easy in the construction site. A retaining wall block structure comprises a retaining wall block for building a retaining wall, a setting groove(3) which is opened to an upper side(2) and a back side of the block and is positioned on the center line of the block, a connector which is formed in a T shape and inserted into the setting groove, and connection pieces(10) which are installed on the left and right sides of the connector. The connector consists of a shoulder portion(7) formed on the left and right sides, a body portion intersecting the shoulder portion in a T shape, and an arc-shaped portion(6) on the bottom of the body portion. The connection piece includes an upper hole in which the shoulder portion of the connector is inserted and a lower hole connected to a grid.
