The sealing arrangement has a first sealing device provided with a rod seal or a cylinder cover seal. A second sealing device is provided with a damper seal (10) and a static seal (11). The sealing devices are firmly connected to each other and integrally formed. A wiper lip is integrally formed with the first and second sealing devices. An aperture is extended from the inner side to the outer side of the sealing arrangement. A throttle valve (21,22) or a needle valve of the sealing devices is configured for adjusting the flow rate of the channels (23,24). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a cylinder sealing unit; and (2) a pneumatic cylinder.
