<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film which can be easily manufactured in a few manufacturing step, has an optical function, a barrier function to vapor, and an excellent electroconductive function. <P>SOLUTION: In the functional film, at least the optical film 12 and the transparent electroconductive film 15 are arranged at least in one face of the transparent resin substrate 11, the vapor permeating rate under the atmosphere of temperature of 40°C and relative humidity of 90% is 0.1 g/m<SP>2</SP>day or less, the optical film 12 has a refraction index different from that of the resin substrate 11 and has the optical function and the barrier function to vapor, and the transparent electroconductive film 15 has a surface resistance of 10 Ω/square to 500 Ω/square. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
