PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive illumination device with the small number of components/assembling processes, and to provide an illumination input device with the illumination device incorporated such as a keyboard, capable of uniformly illuminating a whole input part of the input device with the fewer number of light sources. SOLUTION: The illumination input device is provided with a predetermined number of light sources illuminating light from a light-emitting face along a main light-emitting axis, an illumination device located in almost parallel between a first face and a second face which faces almost in parallel and containing a plate-like light guide body equipped with a predetermined number of housing means for housing the predetermined number of light sources inside, a base member, a reflective member having nearly the same shape as the plate-like light guide body, a printed circuit board with the light sources mounted, an input member for transmitting light, and a press detection member detecting press when any part of the input member is pressed.
