PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque fluctuation absorbing device capable of suppressing vibration as much as possible even when a torsional characteristic is varied by centrifugal force, and advantageous in terms of the number of components and space. SOLUTION: This torque fluctuation absorbing device 310 is provided with: a drive-side rotating member 320; a driven-side rotating member 330 arranged, on the inner diameter-side of a guide surface 321, coaxially with and relatively rotatably with respect to the drive-side rotating member 320; and a first torsion member 370 arranged in a circumferential space between a torque reception part formed in an outer periphery of the driven-side rotating member 330 and the guide surface 321, and having an end supported by a first seat member slidably guided by the guide surface 321. On a side surface of the driven-side rotating member 330, a plate member having a contact part abutting on the first seat member before a negative end surface of the torque reception part, and a flexible part bending in the circumferential direction of the torque reception part.
