PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detecting precision of a non-contact type temperature detection part, and to stabilize fixing quality without enlarging a fixing device by an inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: The fixing device is constituted so that room temperature air from the outside of the device is blown to the non-contact type temperature detection part (thermopile) and an air blowing path is formed between the non-contact type temperature detection part (thermopile) and a heating roll so as to shut off the non-contact type temperature detection part (thermopile) from heat of the heating roll, for reducing temperature rise and temperature change of the non-contact type temperature detection part (thermopile).
