PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket structure for an eaves soffit which enables connection using only one kind of a socket for the eaves soffit even when the drain pipes of the eaves soffit have different diameters. SOLUTION: The socket 1 for the eaves soffit has an almost cylindrical shape and is provided with a first insertion part 1c to allow the drain pipe 36 of the eaves soffit 35 to insert into at the top part 1b of the socket 1 for the eaves soffit and a second insertion part 1d which has a diameter smaller than that of the first insertion part 1c and allows another drain pipe to insert into at the central part of the socket for the eaves soffit. The first insertion part 1c and the second insertion part 1d are connected by a tilted part 1e whose diameter is gradually reduced. The first insertion part 1c of the top part 1b is inserted to the drain pipe 36 of the eaves soffit 35 and is fixed to the drain pipe 36 with an adhesive material. A shoot port 2 is opened at the bottom of the socket 1 for the eaves soffit, and the shoot port 2 is provided with a shoot port rotary cover 4 for mounting a square joint member 3. When the drain pipe 36 is inserted using the second insertion part 1d, the drain pipe 36 is extended to a point where it is enabled to insert into the second insertion part 1d.
