PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous structure having a new shape and configuration using a phosphor material. SOLUTION: The luminous structure (panel assembly) 1 includes a transparent front plate 2 and a rear plate 3 which are arranged oppositely, a transparent inner peripheral side plate 4, and an outer peripheral side plate 5. A content 6 like liquid, sol, gel or solid containing the phosphor material is housed in a space S formed between the front surface 2 and the rear surface 3. A LED lamp 7 lightening the content 6 is arranged inside the outer peripheral side plate 5.
