A message processing method, a one-card multi-number processing device and a message service center are disclosed. Said message processing method includes: receiving message; judging the sender terminal or receiver terminal of said message is one-card multi-number terminal; obtaining the sub-number of said one-card multi-number terminal; processing said message by using said sub-number. By employing said method, the multiple numbers of one-card multi-number user can be on line at the same time, and the user can send and receive message between the master number and each of the sub-numbers.
