APPARATUS FOR GENERATING HYDROGEN AND FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME

An apparatus for generating hydrogen and a fuel cell power generation system having the same are provided to filter impurities with a filter without exploding electrolytic cell by sensing pressure of the electrolytic cell inside through a pressure sensor. An apparatus for generating hydrogen(100) comprises: an electrolytic cell(110) in which a vent(112) is formed and electrolytic solution is put; an anode(120) which is combined in the electrolytic cell and generates electronics; a cathode(130) which is combined in the electrolytic cell and receives the electronics in anode and generates hydrogen; a filter covering the vent and filtering impurities followed by the hydrogen; a pressure sensor sensing the pressure of the electrolytic cell inside and producing output signals corresponding to the pressure; a controller(160) controlling conduction between the cathode and the anode according to the output signal; and a sealant(170) covering the pressure sensor and preventing the electrolytic solution from being infiltrated.
