PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a new rigid tube along with an inner face of a pipeline for mending, etc., of the pipeline. SOLUTION: A drawing member 10 is inserted through a flexible tube and the drawing member 10 is releasably stuck on the inner face of the tube. While reversing the tube inside out by a fluid pressure, the drawing member 10, which projects from a reversing part 5, is drawn through inside a pipeline 1 while being released from the tube at the reversing part 5, and the reversed tube is arranged in the pipeline 1 by advancing the reversing part 5 in the pipeline 1. Even tubes of polyethylene or the like are made reversible, and progress in reversing can be accelerated at the reversing part 5, too. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
