An engine mount structure of the vehicles which improves assembility is provided to make the pressing operation steady by forcing the rubber portion to the bracket. An engine mount structure of the vehicles which improves assembility comprises a bracket(20) which is formed as the form covering a rubber portion(10), and a wedge portion formed between the rubber portion and the bracket. The wedge part includes a guide(12) which is molded integrally in the rubber portion manufacture, and a guide rail(21) which is formed in bracket in order to face to the guide. The guide is made of steel sheet having a predetermined thickness.
