<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulating material composed of organic fibers attaining both reduction in the environmental load and improvement in heat insulating performance. <P>SOLUTION: This vacuum heat insulating material 1 includes a core material 3 composed of an organic fiber aggregate of a polymer blend, a getter agent 4, and an outer wrapping material 2 having gas barrier properties storing the core material 3 and getter agent 4, wherein the interior of the outer wrapping material 2 is vacuum sealed. The core material 3 is formed of a long fiber web formed by melt-spinning a blend resin composed of an amorphous material. The polymer blend material is formed using at least two kinds out of polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, and polyimide, polyimide siloxane, and polyamidimide containing a long chain hydrocarbon group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
