PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To definitely display that a filler cap is completely attached, to solve a problem in a cartridge tank wherein fire may break out due to leakage of kerosene in moving the cartridge type oil feeding tank or mounting the same in an oil feeding tank chamber in a case when the filler cap is incompletely attached. SOLUTION: The filler cap is composed of a cap body and an operational cylindrical body, the cap body and the operational cylindrical body are relatively and vertically movable, a colored display K is formed on a part of an outer peripheral face of the cap body, a closing lock fixing means is mounted to fix the filler cap to the filler opening, and the cap body of the filler cap is projected to the operational cylindrical body at a closing lock position of the filler cap where the closing lock fixing means is operated to expose the colored display K, so that the attaching state of the filler cap is specified by the exposure of the colored display K.
