METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WATER-SOLUBLE CALCIUM

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing water-soluble calcium is provided to reduce environmental contamination and to obtain water-soluble calcium of high purity through low-temperature extracting by calcining oyster shell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing water-soluble calcium comprises: a process(G1) for sterilizing rapidly the oyster shell using a rapid sterilizer; a process(G2) for pulverizing the sterilized oyster shell; a process(G3) for fermenting the oyster shell powder using microorganism; a process(G4) for plasticizing the oyster shell powder in a furnace; a process(G5) for cooling and pulverizing the plasticized calcium oxide powder; a process(G6) for extracting water-soluble calcium from the pulverized calcium oxide powder; and a process(G7) for removing an extraction solvent by heating the extracted water-soluble calcium.
