PURPOSE: A lifting and sliding type bicycle parking system, capable of the improvement of spatial utilization, is provided to use the space of the lower part by containing bicycles in a hangar installed at underground. CONSTITUTION: A lifting and sliding type bicycle parking system comprises a lift(1), a hangar(2), a fixing holder(3), an elevation slide part(4) and a controller. The lift comprises a slide rail reciprocating in underground vertical direction. The hangar is connected to the lift space. The controller controls the operation of the elevation slide part and the lift.
