PURPOSE: An air-conditioner outdoor unit is provided to efficiently cool a radiating coil and prevent the transmission of fan noise while installed in an indoor place. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner outdoor unit(100) comprises a radiating coil part(130), a fan(150), a blocking part(170), and an indoor air supply opening(110). The radiating coil part is installed inside a window(250) of a building and radiates the heat generated from the operation of an indoor air-conditioner to outside when the window is opened. The fan draws in the exterior air of the building and supplies the exterior air to the radiating coil part. The blocking part prevents the air heated and radiated by the radiating coil part from being drawn along with the exterior air sucked by the fan. The cold air of the indoor place in which the air-conditioner is installed is supplied to the radiating coil part through the indoor air supply opening.
