PURPOSE: A battery charge circuit is provided to improve the lifespan of a battery by uniformly maintaining a charge current and a voltage. CONSTITUTION: A rectifying part(13) converts AC power into DC power. A switching part(19) includes a SMPS IC(Switching Mode Power Supply Integrated Circuit), a driving part, and a smoothing part. The SMPS IC switches the DC power source of the rectifying part. The driving part drives the feedback pin of the SMPS IC. The smoothing part equalizes the output voltage and current of the SMPS IC. A control part(21) includes a detecting part, a switching part, and an exciting part. The detecting part detects the output voltage and current of the switching part. The exciting part controls the operation of the driving part according to the on/off state of the switching part.
