摘要 PURPOSE: High-efficient metal oxide based thermoelectric thick films, a preparation method thereof and a thermoelectric module using the same are provided to rapidly form a high-efficient metal oxide based thermoelectric thick film at a normal temperature. CONSTITUTION: A thermoelectric thick film is formed by vacuum-depositing a ceramic thermoelectric element on one side of a substrate board through a normal temperature powder spray in vacuum. The thermoelectric thick film has 1~100 μm thickness and a texture alignment in [00] direction. The Seebeck coefficient of the thermoelectric thick film is 150 μV/K, and the more than 60% of texture alignment is aligned in the [00] direction. The ceramic thermoelectric material is made of Ca and Co and selected from the group consisting of Ca3Co4O9, Ca9Co12O28 and Ca2Co2O5.
