PURPOSE: An anion fireproof board manufactured by recycling waste textile and resin, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have excellent antibiotic feature and durability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anion fireproof board by recycling waste textile and resin comprises the steps of: cutting a resin fiber waste by a rotating cutter and transferring the cut waste to a storage tank; slicing a synthetic fiber piece and transferring the sliced synthetic fiber piece to another collector; thermo-compressing a waste fiber layer by heating and compressing the layer with a roller; firstly and secondly molding the flat waste fiber layer; and collating a far infrared layer(4) on the flat waste fiber layer.
