PURPOSE: A waterproof structure of a display device is provided to prevent the lowering of a function of a sealing unit caused by long time use by compensating a sealing function in the connection of a rear cover with a middle base through a sealing gasket. CONSTITUTION: A rear cover(130) has a plate unit(131), and the plate unit is coupled to a front cover(110). An external protrusion unit(122) is formed at a middle base(120) for the installation of the front cover. A second external protrusion unit is formed at the middle base for the installation of the plate unit of the rear cover. The middle base and the front cover are sealed by a waterproof tape(140), and the middle base and the rear cover are sealed by a sealing gasket(150).
