A MEAT ROASTER OF A HEAT CIRCULATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A meat roaster of a heat circulating type is provided to minimize the heat loss in roasting since the inner heat or smoke is discharged through a stovepipe. CONSTITUTION: A meat roaster of a heat circulating type comprises a hopper shape of support body(3), which has an opened top and becomes narrow as it is close to the bottom. A lower support(2), on which a heating-unit mounting unit(7) for a conventional heating unit is formed, is installed on the bottom plate of the support body. A mounting body(12) has a hopper shape and is mounted on the upper part of the inside of the support body at a given interval. A vertical plate(14) is vertically fixed to the upper end of the mounting body in a state of forming a protrusion(13). A plurality of lower air holes(17) are formed along the upper part of the mounting body at given intervals. A plurality of upper air holes(18) are formed along the vertical plate of a middle mounting unit(11) at given intervals. Legs(20) are respectively formed at the lower corners of the middle mounting unit. A central grill(21) and an outer end are formed on the bottom plate of the mounting body. Side supports(22a, 22b) are respectively formed on the lower parts of the ends of both sides. The middle mounting unit is placed on the inner surface of the mounting body to be spaced. A grill part(19) comprises a central grill and a plurality of side grills(23), which protect the central grill radially. The heat from the heating unit is supplied through the lower air hole and the upper air hold of the middle mounting unit. The grill part heats the upper and lower parts of the meats placed on the central grill and the side grills. An upper lid(25) discharges the inner heat or smoke through a stovepipe in a state the upper part of the middle mounting unit(11) is covered.
