PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a harmonic signal radiated from a switch to the outside without increasing the insertion loss of a path of the output signal of a power amplifier. SOLUTION: The high frequency module 2 includes the power amplifier 4 and the switch 6 to which the output signal of the power amplifier 4 is input. A power supply voltage input terminal 4VC of the power amplifier 4 and a power supply voltage input terminal 6VD of the switch 6 are both connected to a power supply terminal Vcc to form a harmonic signal transmission path 80 for transmitting a harmonic signal generated by the power amplifier 4 and leaking to the power supply voltage input terminal 4VC to the power supply voltage input terminal 6VD. The length of the harmonic signal transmission line 80 is adjusted to make the intensity of a harmonic signal, generated by putting together the harmonic signal transmitted to the power supply voltage input terminal 6VD through the harmonic signal transmission line 80 and the harmonic signal generated by the switch 6, smaller than the intensity of the harmonic signal generated by the switch 6.
