PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact avoidance support processing from excessively operating when a vehicle is steering-controlled by a lane keep assist means.

SOLUTION: A contact avoidance ECU 20 considers that a possibility that a vehicle 10 deviates from an own lane 302 is extremely low when the vehicle 10 is steering-controlled by the lane keep assist part 96; replaces a threshold value La of a value La of allowance to contact obtained based on a relative position of an oncoming vehicle 11 in front of the vehicle detected by a radar 80 with a second threshold value Lth2 smaller than a first threshold value Lth1 for the case when the vehicle 10 is not controlled by the lane keep assist part 96; and performs contact avoidance support of the vehicle 10 to the oncoming vehicle 11, so that a state where the contact avoidance support processing excessively operates is prevented.
