PURPOSE: A method for transferring a tray and a test handler using the same are provided to load and unload a test tray at the same time by configuring an input and output terminal in a tray buffer differently. CONSTITUTION: A test tray is loaded through a first route to a buffer place(S10). A loaded test tray is transferred to a test space(S20). A test of the semiconductor devices is completed. The test tray is transferred to the buffer place(S30). The test tray is unloaded to the selection place through the first route and the second route(S40). |
