PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing a heat-resistant coated floor which can be utilized as a floor of a food factory, a kitchen floor, etc., which prevents a crack and the like from being formed by a hot liquid, which is excellent in surface smoothness, which has heat resistance, and which is also excellent in long-term color stability. SOLUTION: Characteristically, in this method for constructing the heat-resistant coated floor, after a base mortar layer is formed of a polyurethane-based cement mortar composition containing hydraulic cement, water, polyol, an isocyanate compound and aggregate, a composition containing aggregate and a resin selected from a methyl methacrylate resin and a vinylester resin is applied onto the base mortar layer, so as to form a top coat layer.
