摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active matrix display device which can prevent deterioration of characteristics due to the influence of ultraviolet light. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is an active matrix display device which comprises a thin film transistor 1 formed on a plastic substrate 2 by using a semiconductor layer 7 which contains a non-metal element component that is a mixture of oxygen (O) and nitrogen (N) having a ratio of nitrogen (N) to oxygen (O) (N density/O density) of 0-2 as a channel, the plastic substrate 2 having a light transmittance of not more than 10% in a wavelength range from 200 to 320 nm and a light transmittance of not less than 80% in wavelengths of 450 nm, 540 nm and 620 nm. Also disclosed is an active matrix display device which comprises a thin film transistor 1 formed on a plastic substrate 2 by using a semiconductor layer which contains a non-metal element component that is a mixture of oxygen (O) and nitrogen (N) having a ratio of nitrogen (N) to oxygen (O) (N density/O density) of 0-2 as a channel, the plastic substrate 2 having a light transmittance of not less than 80% in wavelengths of 450 nm, 540 nm and 620 nm, and comprising a light blocking layer 8 that has a light transmittance of not more than 10% in a wavelength range from 200 to 370 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
