PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus for an internal combustion engine that can suppress torque variation caused by inter-cylinder variations of an internal cylinder air quantity.SOLUTION: The control apparatus (70) of the internal combustion engine (10) includes a control means (71) that processes valve-opening control that causes either a closed intake valve or an exhaust valve to be opened in a fuel cut valve-closing control processing when the inter-cylinder variations in the internal cylinder air quantity exceed a reference value after the control apparatus performs the valve-closing control processing for interrupting fuel supply to at least two or more cylinders (11) and causes the intake valve (14) and the exhaust valve (15) to be closed. |
