The device has a diamond shaped part fixed on a steering tube (2) of a cycle and supporting forks (1) of the cycle. A cross bar is clamped to a disk that is fixed on the diamond shaped part. The forks are connected with each other by axles mounted on spindles (12) articulated to fixing pieces (11). The fixing pieces are fixed on a bottom part of a mast. Front wheels are fixed on the forks. The steering tube is fixed on bearings (7). A bridle is fixed at two sides of the steering tube.
