PURPOSE: A liquid fire extinguishing agent composition capable of producing surfactant micelle, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer powerful fire extinguishing force by dispersing sodium silicate to the exterior of the micelle. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of liquid fire extinguishing agent composition comprises the following steps: mixing 100 parts of 10-90 deg C purified water by weight, and 5-200 parts of surfactant by weight for dissolving, and adding 0.0001-150 parts of hydrochloric acid to obtain a first solution containing surfactant micelle; mixing 100 parts of purified water by weight with 10-150 parts of sodium silicate by weight at 10-100 deg C to obtain a sodium silicate solution; adding the sodium silicate solution into the first solution to obtain a second solution; and adding 0.1-5 parts of composition by weight selected from fire extinguishing compounds, glycerin, or methylene glycol into the second solution.
