WATER HEATING DEVICE USING WASTED HEAT OF BOILER EXHAUST OUTLET

PURPOSE: A water heating device using waste heat of an exhaust outlet of a boiler is provided to enhance a recovery rate of the waste heat by delaying the flow of combustion gas exhausted through an exhaust pipe. CONSTITUTION: A water heating device using waste heat of an exhaust outlet of a boiler comprises an installation pipe(100), a waste heat recovery pipe(200), a foam stone-filled wall(300), and a foam stone(400). The installation pipe is composed of inner and outer pipes(130,110) and an intermediate pipe(120). The intermediate pipe is fixed along a same axis with the outer pipe inside of the outer pipe. The internal pipe is fixed along the same axis with the outer pipe inside the intermediate pipe. One end part of the waste heat recovery pipe is connected to a boiler. The other end part of the waste heat recovery pipe is connected to the boiler after the waste heat recovery pipe installed in a spiral shape in a space between the outer and intermediate pipes and successively installed in the spiral shape in a space between the intermediate and inner pipes. The foam stone-filled wall formed outside of the outer pipe of the installation pipe. A space between the outer pipe and foam stone-filled wall is filled with foam stones so that combustion gas exhausted through an exhaust pipe isolates heat emitted out of the outer pipe.
