<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise distribution measuring apparatus that can separate noise emitted by a test object from noise externally applied, and easily specify a position to be treated with respect to the noise externally intruded. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 5 controls a signal generator 4 such that a noise application level with respect to a test object 1 changes in a step manner. The noise generated by the test object 1 is detected by a noise detection probe 10 and received by a receiver 8. When a level change of the detected noise signal received by the receiver 8 is according to a level change of the noise applied to the test object 1, a discriminator 7 determines that the noise applied to a detection position propagates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
