<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer foaming device capable of holding sanitarily a gas injection nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The beer foaming device includes a pad for mounting a bear pour-in container, a beer foaming mechanism of supporting the gas injection nozzle elevatably from an upper position up to a lower position immersed into bear in the bear pour-in container, a washing container for storing preliminarily a cleaning liquid of an amount of immersing the gas injection nozzle in the lower position, and a slide mechanism for displacing the bear pour-in container and the washing container relatively with respect to the gas injection nozzle, and uses means for controlling the beer foaming device and the slide mechanism, when detecting the beer pour-in container on the pad, using, as an original position, the state where the gas injection nozzle is immersed into the cleaning liquid in the washing container, to be restored to the original position after imparting bubbles to the beer in the beer pour-in container. A standby time may be set in some cases to allow continuous foaming while making the foaming mechanism stand by in the upper position of the pad, after imparting bubbles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
