FLOOR STRUCTURE AND BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient floor structure which reduces heavy weight floor impact sound propagation from a gymnastic room built above a room for other use to the room on the lower story and has adequate rebound characteristics, and a building having the floor structure.

SOLUTION: A floor structure to be installed on a concrete structural floor slab 5 comprises a floor material part and a floor support part. The floor material part comprises a backing board part including a finished floor part 10 and a reinforced wood-wool cement board 20. The floor support part comprises joist members 30 which support the reinforced wood-wool cement board 20 at predetermined intervals, and support bolts 50 each having a vibration-proofing elastic resin body 60 for supporting the joist members 30 on the concrete floor slab 5. The reinforced wood-wool cement board 20 in use is exposed to face the concrete floor slab 5.
