<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activity meter which strengthens motivation for exercise, makes a user enjoy and continue exercise, and is easy to handle and operate. <P>SOLUTION: The activity meter 1 includes an exercise amount detection means 2, a storage means 8, a display means 3, and a communication means 5 for sending and receiving data to and from information equipment. The display means 3 has an exercise data display section 32 displaying exercise data and a content display section 31 displaying a content.
