CONSTITUTION: A system includes an input unit, a control unit, and an output unit. The control unit calculates a state value and a cause and effect weight. The control unit includes a computation module and a normalization module. The computation module adds the state value and the cause and effect weight. The normalization module normalizes the value calculated from the computation module as a value of a specific range.
