<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional flexible tube that the flexible tube buckles when the flexible tube is bent frequently by providing a flexible tube having a net and an outer sheath that hardly detach even when an endoscope is used for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The flexible tube includes a spiral tube 74 formed by spirally winding a strip-shaped plate, the net 76 covering the outer periphery surface of the spiral tube 74 and formed in a mesh by intercrossing a plurality of filaments 77, and the outer sheath 80 made of a resin and covering the outer periphery surface of the net 76. The filaments 77 of the net 76 is made of a fiber bundle in which three or more fibers are arranged in parallel. A resin fiber 77A having affinity toward the resin outer sheath 80 is arranged in the middle row of the fiber bundle, and metal fibers 77B are arranged in the other rows.
