PURPOSE: A system for mediating knowledge transactions through a communication network is provided to efficiently and smoothly distribute knowledge by connecting knowledge sellers and knowledge purchasers with each other. CONSTITUTION: A solving task input unit(21-1) inputs and manages information about solving tasks from each knowledge purchaser. A solving task opening unit(21-2) opens the information about the solving tasks. A solving result input unit(21-3) inputs and manages information about solving results of the tasks from each knowledge seller. A candidate selecting unit(21-5) selects one or more optimal candidates solving the tasks of each knowledge purchaser.
