PURPOSE: A complex for an enzyme-immunoassay is provided to integrate a large amount of enzymes and to improve enzyme stability. CONSTITUTION: A complex for an enzyme-immunoassay comprises: an enzyme agglomerate which is supported in a pore between fibers of a fiber matrix containing three-dimensional network fibers; a fiber matrix complex with an enzyme-three dimentional network structure containing a shell; and an antibody which is conjugated on the complex. The three-dimensional network fiber is a microfiber or nanofiber. The shell has multiple layers. The enzyme is horse radish peroxidase. |
